Trail Description


Verso orario.
Semplice itinerario che partendo da Moncucco (frazione sopra Colle Isarco) sale su comoda strada militare fino al Passo Santicolo a 2200m, poi segue la cresta della catena montuosa con ampi panorami, fino a raggiungere il confine Italo/Austriaco. Si scende sul bel sentiero con qualche gradino e radice fino a raggiungere la malga Sattelberg. Il ritorno, dopo aver raggiunto il Passo del Brennero, avviene tramite la pista ciclabile.

Clockwise.
Simple route starting from Moncucco (fraction above Gossensaß) goes on easy military road to Passo Santicolo at 2200m, then follows the crest of the mountain range with expansive views, until you reach the border between Italy / Austria. We descend on the beautiful path with some steps and root until you reach the hut Sattelberg. The return, after having reached the Brenner Pass, is via the bike path.
