Excelente volta com quase 39Km a sair de Antanhol directo a Alcabideque. Depois segue para o Zambujal/Rabaçal com a famosa subida da Legacão (difícil, difícil). Depois é sempre a descer até à Fonte Coberta e regressar via condeixa. Muito boa volta a fazer puxar pelas pernas.
Excellent back with almost 39Km to leave Antanhol direct the Alcabideque. Then goes to the Zambujal / Rabaçal with the famous ascent of the Legation (hard, difficult). Then it is always down to the Source Pool and return via Condeixa. Very good back to pull the legs.
