Km 0,0 - 685 mslmSi lascia la strada per Camerata Nuova e si prende la stradina asfaltata che si stacca subito dopo il ponticello (indicazione s.maria dei bisognosi) e porta a Pereto. Si pedala agevolmente in piano per 4 km trascurando il bivio a destra in salita che porta al santuario.Km 4,2 - 710 mslmArrivati alle prime case di Pereto si gira a destra sulla strada principale in corrispondenza di un tornante. Si sale su asfalto verso il centro del paese Km 5,5 - 785 mslmSi gira a destra. Km 6,1 - 810 mslmIn corrispondenza di un grosso albero si gira a destra.Km 7,1 - 890 mslmAl bivio per il castello si tiene la destra sempre in salita. Si superano 3 tornanti e al km 8.4 la strada diventa sterrata. Altri 2 tornanti e si incontra un monumento ai caduti ed un grande fontanile. Si prosegue poi sulla larga sterrata in salita per altri 3 kmKm 11,5 - 1172 mslmIn corrispondenza di un tornante a sinistra si lascia la sterrata principale e si prende la pista a destra sempre su fondo accettabile e pendenza moderata. Km 14,1 - 1250 mslmSi trascura una pista sulla destra e si prosegue a sinistra. Per evitare un breve tratto in salita dal fondo sconnesso conviene portarsi sulla parallela pista erbosa. Si incontra la valletta di macchialunga al termine della quale c'è un fontanile. Ci si inoltra nella splendida faggeta per poi uscire nell'altra bella valle di campolungo chiusa dal monte Morbano. Al termine della valle la strada sale bruscamente con due tornanti.Km 20,4 - 1482 mslmAl termine della salita, poco prima del rifugio Morbano, si lascia la sterrata principale e si prende l'altra che si stacca verso destra.Km 21,4 - 1476 mslmAll'inizio di un bel pianoro si lascia la pista principale che sale in diagonale sulla collina di fronte e si prende la traccia a sinistra in piano. Percorso il pianoro la traccia diventa una evidente sterrata che scende traversando in un altro splendido bosco. Km 23,2 - 1412 mslmDopo un ampia curva a destra la sterrata sembra risalire perdendosi poi nel fogliame. Se siete nel punto giusto (servono capacità di orientamento ed il GPS può facilmente perdere il segnale) trovate sugli alberi i segni giallo rossi del CAI. E' sufficiente seguirli nella valletta che scende a sinistra (valle bona). Nonostante l'assenza di traccia o di sentiero si riesce a rimanere quasi sempre in sella "navigando" nello spesso strato di foglie cercando il percorso migliore.Km 25,3 - 1160 mslmSi arriva alla sterrata che percorre il fondo di Fosso Fioio, confine naturale tra Lazio e Abruzzo. Si gira a destra e senza possibilità di errore si prosegue poer quasi 8 km in un ambiente molto selvaggio e isolato (telefono e GPS non prendono!) Pur essendo tutta in discesa la sterrata non è facilmente pedalabile perchè a tratti piacevolmente scorrevoli... ...si alternano altri molto rovinati. In alcuni punti si percorre il letto del torrente (asciutto) ed è necessario sollevare la bici per superare i grossi sassi presenti.Km 33,1 - 840 mslmArrivati in prossimità delle prime villette di Camerata si gira a destra.Km 33,5 - 816 mslmGiunti sulla strada principale del paese si gira a sinistra tornando in 3,5 km, in discesa, al punto di partenza.

Km 0.0 to 685 mslmSi off the road to Camerata Nuova and take the paved road that branches off right after the bridge (s.maria indication of the needy) and leads to Pereto. It pedal smoothly flat for 4km neglecting the right fork in the slope leading to santuario.Km 4.2 to 710 mslmArrivati ??the first Pereto houses, turn right onto the main road at a hairpin. It climbs on asphalt towards the village center Km 5.5 to 785 mslmSi turn right. Km 6.1 to 810 mslmIn at a big tree, turn destra.Km 7.1 to 890 mslmAl junction to the castle keep right always uphill. They pass 3 bends and 8.4 km the road becomes dirt. 2 more turns and you will come across a war memorial and a large fountain. Then continue on the wide dirt road uphill for another 3 kmkm 11.5 to 1172 mslmIn a bend to the left, leave the main dirt road and take the track to the right again on acceptable bottom and moderate slope. Km 14.1 to 1250 mslmSi neglects a track on the right and you go left. To avoid a short climb from the uneven surface should take about a parallel grass runway. It meets Glen Macchialunga after which there is a fountain. You proceed in the beautiful beech forest and then leave the other beautiful valley of Campolungo closed from Mount Morbano. At the end of the valley the road climbs sharply with two tornanti.Km 20.4 to 1482 mslmAl end of the climb, just before the Morbano retreat, leave the main dirt road and you take the other one that breaks away to destra.Km 21.4 - 1476 mslmAll'inizio a beautiful plateau, leave the main trail that climbs diagonally on the opposite hill and take the track to the left in the plane. Path on the plateau becomes an obvious dirt track that descends crossing into another beautiful forest. Km 23.2 to 1412 mslmDopo a wide bend the dirt seems to date back then lost in the foliage. If you are in the right place (ability to serve orientation and GPS can easily lose the signal) found on trees red yellow signs of the CAI.
