Partenza da Attimis. Si pedala sulla sterrata che scorre parallela al torrente Malina. Giunti a B.go Ponte si svolta a sinistra sulla strada asfaltata che sale a Subit. Superati Foramne, Borgo Bombardier e Borgo Cancellier si prosegue sulla strada principale senza entrare in paese per giungere ad un incrocio. Si segue in leggera discesa la strada per Prossenicco. Sulla sinistra si scorge una pista forestale. In salita si supera un cartello (sentiero) per proseguire lungo un tratto cemetato con pendenza accentuata. Un breve rettilineo poi sul prato a sinistra (albero) si intravede la traccia di un sentiero. Single track in discesa molto scorrevole che sbuca sulla strada militare che da Subit porta verso Campo dei Bonis (diff. single trail S1). Si peala sull'asfalto in salita per qualche centinaio di metir. Dopo una curva si prende a seguire a sinistra una mulattiera (cartello-sentiero tematico). Con alcuni divertenti saliscendi si pedala verso il M.te Cras. Da un belvedere sulla sinistra si scende lungo il single track molto scorrevole (diff. single trail S1). Sulla curva non si gira a sinistra ma si deve continuare in discesa (destra) lungo una vecchia traccia ora più difficile. Giunti ad un impluvio lo si attraversa per poi risalire a piedi un breve tratto sassoso fino a raggiugere su un crinale erboso. Lo si aggira e in traverso (salicendi difficile) si raggiunge un fitto bosco dove orientarsi può risultare difficile. Abbiamo lasciato alcuni nastri bianco rossi legati attorno agli alberi e ad un certo punto ci sono anche dei segnali di vernice azzurra (lasciati forse dai cacciatori). Si supera un tratto con pietre lungo una crestina abbastanza impegnativo. Successivamente la discesa riprende ad essere scorrevole rimanendo mediamente impegnativa (pendenza e fondo). Diff. single trail S2. Una volta sbucati sulla pista forestale in breve si raggiunge il punto di partenza.

Departure from Attimis. You ride on the dirt road that runs parallel to the river Malina. Once in Borgo Bridge, turn left on the paved road that goes up to Subit. Exceeded Foramne, Borgo Borgo Cancellier Bombardier and continue on the main road without entering the town to come to an intersection. You follow the road slightly downhill for Prossenicco. On the left you can see a forest track. Uphill you pass a sign (path) to continue along a steep slope with cemetato. A short stretch on the lawn and then left (tree) you can see the trace of a path. Single track down very smoothly that comes out on the military road that leads to Subit Field of Bonis (diff. single trail S1). It peala asphalt uphill for a few hundred metir. After you take a curve to follow a trail to the left (sign-theme path). With some funny ups and downs pedaling towards Mt Cras. From a lookout on the left and go down the single track is very smooth (diff. single trail S1). On the curve will not turn left but you must continue downhill (right) along an old track now more difficult. Once in a watershed cross it on foot and then up a short rocky stretch it until on a grassy ridge. It is haunting and transverse (salicendi difficult) you will reach a dense forest where it can be difficult to navigate. We left some white red ribbons tied around trees and at one point there are also signs of blue paint (perhaps left by hunters). Go through a tract stones along a ridge quite challenging. Then the descent takes to be sliding average remaining binding (slope and bottom). Diff single trail S2. Once turned up on the forest path you will soon reach the point of departure.
