Descida do Picoto 2009Partidana Serra do Cabeço Rainha (16Km NE da Sertâ) junto ao parque eólico de Oleiros.A aventura começa logo pelasubidacom recursoa 6 autocarros disponibilizados pela organização, as bikes seguiram em 3semi-trailer devidamente acondicionadas com uma pelicula de protecção.Ás 11h30 foi dada a partida para a descida, na frente estavam o Jega, Mourinho,JCDenis,Jorge,Pantani,Leão e o Pião (Eu).Na liderança estiveram o Jega,Pião,Mourinho, JCDenis, Leão, posições que se alternaram sucessivamente até ao reforço alimentar, a partir daí frente e até ao final da descida (Sertã - Jardim Carvalha) fomos todos em grupo a curtir, A meio da descida andamos perdidos porque foram retiradas algumas fitas que sinalizavam o percurso.Ponto alto do percurso é uma abismal descida (600m) com uma inclinação bastante acentuada é muito técnica já mesmo na parte final à entrada da Sertã.Distância: 29.55KmTempo decorrido. 1H 30mCondições atmosféricas : muito calor Paulo Henrique (Pião)
