Itinerario per biker esperti e che non hanno problemi a portare la bici in spalla per molto tempo. Il sentiero per la discesa è molto impegnativo, ma anche divertente. I panorami sono superlativi! Da Rasun di sopra si scende a Rasun di sotto e poi si sale fino alla Regensberger Alm. Da qui un tratto ripido con bici in spalla, poi si arriva ad una strada e si riesce ancora a pedalare fino alla prima croce con bel panorama e fino al lago con bel sentiero. Da qui ancora bici in spalla fino alla cima di Montone 2483 m. Si scende poi sul sentiero 4, il primo tratto molto panoramico, poi nel bosco con tratti tecnici fino a Rasun.

Route for bikers and experts who have no problem to carry the bike on his shoulder for a long time. The path for the descent is very challenging, but also fun. The views are superb! From above Rasen Rasen descend below and then climb up to the Regensberger Alm. From here a steep section with bike on your shoulder, then you come to a road and you are still unable to pedal up to the first cross with a view to the lake and with a nice trail. From here still bike on his shoulder up to the top of Montone 2483 m. Then go down the path 4, the first stretch very scenic, then in the woods with technical sections up to Rasen.
