Un gran bel giro a confine tra Marche e Umbria.
Si parte da Visso e si scaldano le gambe in leggera salita fino a Castelsantangelo sul Nera.
Poco fuori dal paese si imbocca la bella forestale che sale fino alle pendici del Monte Cardosa.
Giunti a Costa Cavolese, una piccola sella a quota 1495 slm, si abbandona la comoda forestale e si imbocca un'antica pista di transumanza che prosegue sulle creste in direzione sud.
La pista sale costantemente per uno svariato numero di km.
Giunti alle pendici del Monte delle Rose si abbandona la pista principale e si devia sulla destra andando ad intercettare il bellissimo sentiero del GAS che scende a Campi Vecchio.
Il sentiero scorre velocemente lungo il fianco della montagna fino a Costa Cognola; poi si fa molto più impegnativo nella Valle delle Grotte.
A fondo valle si prosegue in direzione nord imboccando il sentiero Benedettino che a mezza costa taglia tutta la Valle Castoriana fino a Sant'Eutizio.
A Sant'Eutizio inizia la durissima salita fino al Valico di Collescille.
Giunti in quota si prosegue sempre in lungo la valle di Visso fino al punto di partenza. La discesa è lunghissima e e non presenta particolari difficoltà.

A great ride to the border between Marche and Umbria.
It starts from Visso and warm up your legs slightly uphill until Castelsantangelo on Black.
Just outside the village, take the beautiful forest that rises up the slopes of Monte Cardosa.
Once in Costa Cavolese, a small saddle at an altitude of 1495 m asl, leave the comfortable forest and take an ancient transhumance trail that continues along the ridges to the south.
The trail climbs steadily for one diverse number of miles.
reaching the slopes of Mount Rose, leave the main trail and then turn right going to intercept the beautiful trail that goes down to the GAS Old Fields.
The trail runs along the side of quickly mountain to Costa Cognola; then becomes much more challenging in the Valley of the Caves.
At the bottom of the valley continues north Benedictine taking the path that cuts across the hillside to the valley Castoriana Sant'Eutizio.
A Sant'Eutizio begins hard climb up to the pass of Collescille.
Joints share in keep going along the valley of Visso to the point of departure. The descent is long ee is not particularly difficult.
