Si parte da Sabbionara un primo tratto sulla ciclablile in mezzo ai vigneti per scaldarsi le gambe e affrontare la bella salita costante e allenante, sempre tra il 10-13% con alcune punte al 25 ma molto corte, buona parte è asfalto ma è una strada poco trafficata. una volta finito l'asfalto si entra in un bel bosco e si continua a salire fino alla punta più alta. bei panoramiSeguite la traccia perchè alcuni sentieri e segnavia sono difficili da vedere se non si conosce il giro.La discesa è bella tecnica, lunga e divertente... meglio affrontarla con una biammortizzata generosa e sconsigliata a chi ha poca esperienzasi arriva dietro al castello di Avio
