Itinerario non lungo in km, ma molto impegnativo per i sentieri e per la lunga salita con bici in spalla fino al rif Martello (ristoro). Si sale per sentieri prima parzialmente pedalabili, poi sopra al rifugio si segue lo splendido sentiero dei ghiacciai con viste magnifiche. Discesa tecnica e poi altra discesa impegnativa fino al lago. Dopo aver costeggiato il lago, ultimo sentiero tecnico fino al centro di fondo e al parcheggio. Lungo tutto il giro panorami incantevoli. Itinerario estivo, prima c'è ancora troppa neve, e da fare non di domenica per la presenza di troppi escursionisti.

Route not long in miles, but very challenging for the trails and for the long climb with bikes on their shoulders to the ref Hammer (refreshments). Climb paths first part pedaled then on to the refuge, follow the beautiful trail with magnificent views of the glaciers. Technical descent and then another challenging descent to the lake. After skirting the lake, last technical path to the center of the bottom and the parking lot. Throughout the ride lovely views. Summer route, before there is still too much snow, and do not on Sunday because of the presence of too many hikers.
