Volta muito boa, pequena (cerca de 20Km). Começa no Rabaçal e segue em direcção ao Jerumelo (contorna-o por oeste/sul) seguindo para Ateanha. Contorna o monte por sul e sobe-se então à aldeia. A descida da aldeia faz-se por um trilho a norte, com alguma pedra (atenção se estiver molhado) mas com uma vista para um pequeno vale muito bonito. Seguir para norte passa-se o Jerumelo de novo (agora pelo outro lado) em direção ao Germanelo (sem subir ao Castelo).
very good back, small (about 20Km). Starts in Rabaçal and follows towards the Jerumelo (circumvents it by west / south) following to Ateanha. Circumvents the hill by South and up-then the village. The village descent is by a track to the north, with a stone (attention if wet) but with a view of a small valley very beautiful. Follow north pass the Jerumelo again (now on the other side) toward the Germanelo (without climbing to the Castle).
