Itinerario molto appagante per bikers esperti. Da Merano si sale verso il monte S. Vigilio arrivando a Senn am Egg. Da qui scendiamo e risaliamo su sentiero tecnico e poi asfalto ai masi Quadrati. Saliamo ancora fino a Mahlbach e poi sulla forestale 27 fino ad Aschbach-Riolagundo (ristoro). Proseguiamo sul bel sentiero 16 fino a Brandhof (ristoro) e poi al maso successivo. Da qui in picchiata sul prato sul sentiero 13 e poi nel bosco sempre sul 13 ripido e molto tecnico, solo per esperti. Si torna verso Merano sul bel sentiero in saliscendi al limite del bosco fino a Tel e poi sulla ciclabile fino al punto di partenza. Chi è stanco può tornare su ciclabile dalla fine del sentiero 13.

Itinerary very rewarding for experienced bikers. From Merano climb to the Mount San Vigilio coming to Senn am Egg. From here we descend and ascend on the technical path and then asphalt to the farms Square. We climb again until Mahlbach and then on the forest up to 27 Aschbach-Riolagundo (refreshments). We continue on the nice trail up to 16 Brandhof (refreshments) and then to the next farm. From here dive on the grass on the path 13 and then 13 in the woods always on steep and very technical, experts only. We return to the beautiful path in Merano and down to the edge of the forest and then on to Tel path up to the starting point. If you are tired can get back on the cycle path from the end of the path 13.
