Da Laghetti, dopo un breve tratto in piano, si sale subito duramente. Arrivati a quota 530, chi vuole pedalare, può continuare a dx su asfalto e arrivare a Cauria, a chi invece piace anche camminare nel bosco molto ripido può continuare sulla traccia. Arrivati ad un maso si continua a salire sul sentiero nel bosco ancora con molti tratti a spinta finche si arriva al secondo maso e ci si riunisce alla strada asfaltata che sale dal fondovalle. Si arriva a Cauria e poi si prosegue su forestale in saliscendi con bei panorami sulla valle. Con un ultimo tratto su sentiero si arriva al bel Lago Santo. Da qui si comincia a scendere su sentiero a tratti impegnativo verso Salorno. L'ultimo tratto è una scalinata ripida e umida da fare a piedi e si arriva alla bella cascata di Salorno. Da qui si torna a laghetti sulla strada ai piedi del bosco.
