Giro che si può fare durante tutto l'arco dell'anno con bei panorami sulla conca di Merano e le montagne circostanti. Belli anche i sentieri e le discese. Le salite sono caratterizzate da alcuni strappi molto ripidi. Da merano si arriva a Marlengo, si sale fino all'alta via di Marlengo che si percorre tutta fino a Tel. Si sale poi a Parcines, a Velloi e poi al maso Longfall (ristoro). Da qui bel sentiero in piano e poi in discesa fino a Caines e poi al fondovalle, da dove si rientra a Merano

Around that you can do throughout the year with good views of the valley of Merano and the surrounding mountains. Belli also trails and descents. The climbs are characterized by some snags very steep. From merano you get to Marling, climb up to the high street Marling which runs through until Tel. Climb to Parcines, a Velloi and then to the farm Longfall (refreshments). From here beautiful trail flat, then downhill to Caines and then to the valley floor, from where you fall in Merano
