E' secondo me una dei trip più belli della zona. La salita da Varenna è su strada asfaltata, leggermente trafficata, fino a Esino lario poi segue per Ortanella 1040m sempre asfaltata ma priva di auto se non per raggiungere il ristorante Ai cacciatori, dove si sosta leggermente per rifocillarsi. Altro breve tratto su sterrato in costa fino alla panchina ed alla indicazione del "Sentiero del Viandante". Da quiì si imbocca il sentiero in discesa sulla Dx, inizialmente facile poi sempre più tecnica (Meglio avere le protezioni) con alcuni passaggi complessi che Io faccio a piedi, un pò di sassi che si muovono, qualche single track esposto ma mai particolarmente difficile. Il panorama offerto in compenso è tra i più belli del lago con la vista di Bellagio e del ramo di Como. La discesa giunge al castello di Vezio, dove attraverso i gradini del sentiero pedonale si giunge di nuovo a Varenna
And 'in my opinion one of the most beautiful in the area trip. The climb from Varenna is on a paved road, slightly busy, up to Esino Lario then follows for Ortanella 1040m always paved but no car except to reach the restaurant To the hunters, where you will stop for a little refreshment. Another short stretch of dirt road in the coast up to the bench and the indication of the "Path of the Wanderer." From Quii take the path downhill on Dx, initially easier then ever more technical (Better have the protections) with some complex steps that I do walk, some stones that move, some single track exposed but never particularly difficult. The view offered in return is among the most beautiful in the lake with views of Bellagio and Como branch. The descent leads to Vezio Castle, where, through the steps of the pedestrian path you reach back to Varenna
