E' un itinerario molto divertente, ma pur effettuando la risalita con la funivia, richiede un certo impegno fisico e una capacità di guida da esperti. I sentieri infatti sono piuttosto impegnativi, il primo è stato creato nel bosoc dai ragazzi di Deep bike (che a richiesta vi guideranno), ci sono tratti ripidi e qualche drop, eventualmente evitabile. Il secondo invece è un lunghissimo sentiero che arriva fino a Chiavari, con tratti tecnici, scalinate e tratti ripidi, oltre a qualch risalita. Il ritorno si effettua sulla statale con bella vista sul mare

It 'a very fun route, but still making the ascent by cable car, requires some physical effort and a driving skills by experts. The trails are quite challenging in fact, the first was created in bosoc by the guys at Deep bike (that will guide you on request), there are some steep drop and possibly avoidable. The second one is a long path that goes up to Chiavari, with technical sections, steps and steep, in addition to qualch lifts. The return shall be on the road with beautiful views of the sea
