Il percorso parte da San Benedetto in Alpe, provincia di Forlì. Si prende la strada provinciale 55 asfaltata che dal paese sale con indicazioni per Marradi. Arrivati nel punto più alto (Passo Peschiera) si prende la strada ghiaiata a sinistra oltrepassando la sbarra che è quasi sempre chiusa. Questa strada sale ripida ma per poco. Si raggiunge un'altro cancello,lo si passa e si prende subito il sentiero 429 a sinistra. Il sentiero è ben segnato ed è facile da seguire anche senza gps. Inizialmente fa un po' di sali scendi, poi scende con tratti molto belli da freeride fino a Pian Baruzzoli dove soggiornano alcuni hippie. Sono ragazzi sinpatici e socevoli,se avete tempo fermatevi a fare 2 chiacchiere. Da lì il sentiero scende fino al sentiero 407 che è quello famoso dell'Acquacheta. Arrivati a tale sentiero se volete andare alla cascata andate a destra, è li a pochi metri, è molto suggestiva,merita fermarsi a vederla. A questo punto seguirete il 409 ripassando dall'incrocio col 429. Il sentiero è ben battuto e frequentato,incontrerete gente a piedi spesso. Sale e scende, ma al 70-80% è discesa,anche con passaggi tecnici. Troverete un bivio col 415,ma voi seguite il 409 fino a San Benedetto.Come arrivare al punto di partenza Da Forlì si seguono le indicazioni per Firenze e la SS67. San Benedetto in Alpe è l'ultimo paese prima del muraglione (passo che porta in Toscana)
The route starts from San Benedetto in Alpe, the province of Forlì. Take the provincial road 55 which paved the salt country with signs for Marradi. Arrived at the highest point (Step Peschiera) you take the gravel road on the left past the bar that is almost always closed. This road climbs steeply but not for long. You reach another gate, you pass it and you'll quickly the path 429 to the left. The trail is well marked and easy to follow even without GPS. At first it's a bit 'of up and down, then comes down with stretches very beautiful freeride up to Pian Baruzzoli where staying a few hippie. Are boys and sinpatici socevoli, if you have time, stop doing 2 chatter. From there the trail descends to the path 407 which is famous Acquacheta. Once in this path if you want to go to the waterfall, go right, it is a few meters away, is very impressive, it is worth stopping to see. At this point you follow the 409 from the intersection with going over 429. The path is well beaten and frequented, you will meet people walk often. It rises and falls, but 70-80% is downhill, with technical passages. You will find a junction with the 415, but you follow the 409 until San Benedetto.Come get to the starting point From Forlì you follow the signs to Florence and the SS67. San Benedetto in Alpe is the last village before the massive wall (step that brings in Tuscany)
