Classic mountain bike tour just behind Verbania.You climb up to the summit of Monte Rosso along a paved road, all switchbacks, then continue on a dirt road closed to traffic down to the village of Cavandone (worth exploring - possible restaurant), and then again down a paved road back to Suna and Verbania along the lake.Alternatively, you could come back the same way you went up, cutting the switchbacks using several shortcuts in the woods, marked with white arrows, but be cautious as they are very steep and might be dangerous for inexperienced bikers.
