Partenza da Norma e, transitando per la Norma-Cori si raggiunge il Bosco. Si sale lo sterrato superando il "rifugio" per poi prendere il sentiero sulla sinistra che termona in una vallata. Qui si trovano due strade: quella che sale riporta al "rifugio", noi abbiamo preso quella che scende che, dopo aver superato una palizzata di legno, si immette sulla strada che da Cori Alto porta a Fontana del Prato.Tornati a Norma percorrendo di nuovo la Norma-Cori, si scende per la mulattiera delle "Sbote" e si risale dalla SP Norbana.
From Norma and, passing through the Norma-Cori you reach the forest. It goes up the dirt road past the "refuge" and then take the path on the left termona in a valley.
