Trail Description

In sintesi:
1) si parte da Castelsantangelo sul Nera e si sale per la valle di Rapegna fino a Costa Cavolese, una piccola sella alle pendici del Monte Cardosa;
2) da Costa Cavolese si abbandona la forestale e si imbocca una vecchia pista di transumanza che, a cavallo tra Marche ed Umbria, sale fino al Monte delle Rose;
4) da passo Rapegna si inizia a scendere nella Val Canatra;
5) dalla Val Canatra si prosegue attraversando Pian Perduto in direzione della Portella del Vao;
6) si prosegue in salita fino a Forca di Gualdo e da qui fino alla Fonte della Jumenta;

Buona pedalata!!!!!

9) fitting conclusion to this amazing tour is the descent from Passo Bad Nocria up to over 50 turns, almost entirely in the woods, where nature has been particularly generous in putting all sorts of obstacles (clay, roots, rock, slope changes, etc..) to delight even the most discerning palates.
