Regione: Abruzzo Provincia: AQ Altezza max: mt.1400Altezza min: mt.746Dislivello: 654 Salita accumulata: 1651Km: 57Tempo: ore 5Tipo: All Mountain Difficoltà: elevata GPS: si Difficoltà tecnica (salita/discesa) * : MC / BC* scala delle difficoltà tecniche CAIGiro duro ed impegnativo ma di grandissima soddisfazione.ROADBOOK:Partenza da Piazza IV Novembre a Celano, si comincia a scendere per via Ranelletti poi per via Stazione e giriamo a sx per via Giovenale da Celano.Seguiamo la SR5bis, fino all’altezza del ristorante “Le Gole” dove giriamo a sx in direzione delle Gole di Celano. Seguiamo la sterrata fino ad un punto in cui troviamo una biforcazione a sx subito dopo aver fatto una curva a dx.Seguitiamo la sterrata fino ad Aielli, attraversiamo il paese fino al punto più alto che imbocca la stradina per la chiesetta degli Alpini.Dopo mt. 170 di sterrata giriamo decisamente sulla strada che a dx ci porta nella zona “Pale Eoliche” di Collarmele. Attraversiamo tutta la vallata delle pale fino a scendere ad un grande fontanile posto all’estremità della lingua asfaltata che ci porterebbe a Collarmele.Giriamo intorno al fontanile e ricominciamo a salire su una comoda strada bianca.La seguiamo tutta fino ad un tratto asfaltato che ci porta in discesa per circa 800-850 metri; a questo punto giriamo decisamente a sx su una ripida ed evidente sterrata. Da questo punto il gioco si fa duro poiché il percorso continua per più volte a salire su rampe molto impegnative ed a ridiscendere su sterrati spesso sconnessi o coperti da fogliame che a volte nasconde ostacoli di ogni tipo.Seguiamo la strada fino a sboccare sulla piana di Secinaro che riconosciamo per la presenza di strutture atte ad ospitare campi scout e simili.A questo punto possiamo seguitare a sx su uno sterrato ancora molto duro che ci porta fino a Rovere o scegliere di buttarci a dx sulla via asfaltata più lunga ma certamente più comoda.In ogni caso ci ritroviamo sulla SR5bis che ci riporta verso Ovindoli e poi a Celano

We follow the dirt road to a point where there is a fork on the left immediately after a curve in the dirt until dx.Seguitiamo Aielli, through the village up to the highest point you take the small road to the church of Alpini.Dopo mt . 170 of unpaved turn decisively on the road to the right takes us in the "Pale Eoliche" Collarmele. We cross the valley of the blades up to get off to a great fountain on the end of the paved language that would lead us to Collarmele.Giriamo around the fountain and we start to get on a comfortable road bianca.La follow all up to a paved road there It leads downhill for about 800-850 meters; at this point we turn left on a very steep and obvious dirt. From this point the going gets tough because the route continues for several times to climb ramps and very challenging to descend on dirt often disconnected or covered by foliage that sometimes hides obstacles of all tipo.Seguiamo the road until you come out on the plain of Secinaro that we recognize the presence of structures to host scout camps and simili.A this point we continue left on a still very rough dirt road that leads us up to Oak or choose to throw us right on the longest but certainly more convenient way paved .In any case, we find ourselves on SR5bis that brings us back to Ovindoli and then in Celano
