Partenza dal Ponte di Oncino per approfittare del passaggio alla M.na del Fò.Discesa nel vallone delle Contesse e poi su sterrta delle piste che scende al ponte del Riondino. Lungo la strada inboccato sentiero a dx che porta prima alla grotta di RioMartino. Poi discesa molto tecinica e ripida che si può evitare proseguendo dalla grotta a dx o imboccando il sentiero successivo dalla strada che non passa a RioMartino ma scende comunque alla spiaggia di Crisssolo.
