GPS réglé sur un pt toutes les 2 sec avec une limite à 10 000 => le début a été écrasé ! - distance parcourue = 76,9km - Moy déplacement = 12.8 km/h - tps parcouru = 6h00 - Vmax = 59,3 km/hSuperbe météo même s'il faisait frais au départ. De très belle vue sur les différents rochs, un sol sec... excellentRavito : pas vu d'andouille ou autre plat salé mais il y avait de quoi grignoter.Un bon bouchon de 20 min peu de temps après le départ et ensuite tranquille.Par rapport à l'année dernière, rien à voir mais on peut faire mieux surement pour éviter Très mal préparé car je n'étais pas monté sur mon VTT depuis la rando de Landéda(15 aout) et son 50km suite à une très grosse bronchite/sinusite de fin aout au 15 sept, j'ai roulé avec VinMan et Eric qui ont su mettre un rythme tranquille afin de finir. Very nice view of the different rochs, dry soil ... excellentRavito: not seen andouille or other savory dish but it was enough grignoter.Un good cork 20 min shortly after the start and then quiet. compared to last year, nothing to do but we can surely do better to avoid very poorly prepared because I was not mounted on my bike since riding Landéda (August 15) and 50km after a very big bronchitis / sinusitis end of August to September 15, I rode with Vinman and Eric who have put a leisurely pace to finish.
