Trail Description

easier to tour all year geöffeneten Refugio Pian delle Bosse. Up undemanding 450hm on road, then gravel driveway to the parking lot 600hm - last on earthy steep roadway to Refugio 830m. Down S1-S2 (flowig up on parking level), then first something splinted S1-S2, last valley be noticeably heavier with running sites for beautiful views of Loano. After the branch to St. Martino was shortly thereafter left down a handsome Trail toward St. Michelle / Pietra Ligure. The CAI - Refugio is open all year, but better visit announce (phone see picture). Have there by the young hostess (who speaks English) super maps of the region receive: sentiero Terra Old and sentiero Alta Via Liguria (section Albenga Loano). The map of Genoa is very detailed! In the area MTB trails are often marked with yellow ribbons, but the Italians assets it usually difficult (S2-S3). One such way is then over the further distance. A friend has already gone the whole Alta Via Liguria, for MTB not so ideal. I am now been some near Loano, Finale with the MTB go. Loano with its alpine Mount Carmo 1380m and Mt Alto gefiehl me better as a finale for enduro tours. Prices are in Loano, at least in the off season, much lower. Accommodation: Il Comorani Loano (park with pool, underground parking, free internet + satellite TV) or Camping Pian dei Boschi Pietra Ligure
