inserisco la traccia del percorso freeride che da campocatino scende fin giù a Guarcino, chiamata "La Frascara" oppure "La corta", molto più tecnica e lenta rispetto alla Gabriella, iniziamo a scendere dal piazzale di campocatino sulla strada sterrata a destra e poi immediatamente sulla sinistra, sull'asfalto a 50 m sulla sinistra inizia il percorso tra l'interruzione dei sue guard rail, prima parte tutta di sottobosco tecnica e in contro-pendenza, arrivati all'osservatorio rientriamo subito a sinistra su tutto il tratto sterrato che porta fin giù, simile al primo ma con molte più rocce, salti e strapiombi. Attenzione per la presenza a metà di questo tratto di un salto di almeno 60 cm in piena single track e poco visibile in prospettiva dalla bici. Essendo un percorso freeride è consigliabile casco integrale e protezioni nonché escursioni di forcella e ammo generosi.
