Pour les cergyssois : aller retour Cergy Le Haut St Germain par les deux rives de l'Oise.Puis un beau 8 dans la forêt de Saint Germain, alternant single tracks et chemins larges pour rouler à fond. Un peu de sable pour rester focus et se rappeler que le plat n'est pas toujours une sinécure.Une belle composition de Thomas D, encore une fois.
Attention aux piétons et aux chiens qui les baladent.Pas besoin de gilets pare-balles, cette forêt est garantie sans chasseurs.
