13/ott/2011 17:27:04Giro alla scoperta della ferrovia vecchia, visita alla diga di gurone e scoperta delle grotte di malnatePartito da Venegono superiore, mi sono diretto al vecchio motocross di somadeo dove lo attraversato per arrivare nelle campagne di Vedano Olona, attraversate per il lungo, discendo sulla provinciale Varesina direzione ponte di vedano, attraversata la grande rotonda entro nel parcheggio del ristorante del ponte, passato sotto il tunnel della nuova supestrada imbocco la vecchia ferrovia che costeggia il fiume olona fino ad arrivare alla nuova diga, la attraverso per il lungo per poi arrivare all'imbocco della fattoria dove vendono dell'ottimo miele, su quella strada imbocco la strada dove inizierà la vera avventura. Il paesaggio intorno è molto verde e rigoglioso nonostante la stagione, sinonimo che il passaggio in questa zona è molto limitato, la strada e quasi invisible e di quì inizia il bello, costeggiando il fiume olona passo un ponticello in legno realizzato artigianalmente per poi arrivare ad un'altro più lungo che attraversa un fosso,l'adrenalina sale a causa della mancanza di protezioni, passato percorro una serie di passaggi fantastici a ridosso del fiume quasi sfiorandolo, arriva ad un prato dove l'erba arriva almio manubrio la strada si distingue a fatica a causa della vegetazione, ne esco e arrivo ad una vecchia casa abbandonata, maestosa e tenebrosa allo stesso tempo, posto perfettoper la notte di helloween, tengo il sentiero ora sterrato che mi porta ad affacciarmi alla strada asfalta la oltrepasso e dopo un bellissimosaliscendi nel bosco della bassa Malnate, arrivo al primo guado, l'acqua è abbastanza profonda per ilpassaggio in bicicletta e il rischio piedi bagnati si fa sempre più alto, fortunatamente riesco a passare senza bagnarmi troppo, passo un lungo prato e mi sembra di essere perso in mezzo al nulla la senzazione di liberta è enorme, dopo circa un km mi si ripresenta un'altro guado meno esteso ma più impegnativo con sassi molto grossi e corrente più forte,devo scendere per forza! eccomi dall'altra parte con i piedi belli inzuppati e belli freddi, risalito e infreddolito vedo di accellerare il passo per scaldarmi un pò ed ecco che mi si presenta un percorso fantastico, stretto ripido con molti sassi sulla starda andrebbe bene per una moto da trial ma purtrobbo ho solo una mtb, ormai sono arrivato e nessuno mi ferma, lo scenario che misi presenta è fantastico!!! sono arrivato alle grotte, sono immense ci si potrebbe realizzare un bel parcheggio coperto!!! proseguo e continuo ad imbattermi in questi immensi varchi che non hanno un fondo, bellissime!!! il percorso si fa sempre più bello e tortuoso poi mi trovo davanti ad una salita a scalini realizzata con tronchi d'albero e terra, bellissima ma impercorribile e allora bike in spalla e via, qui mi si affaccia la grotta più grande, è immensa la percorro ammirando la natura nelle sue forme, ripreso il sentiero arrivo finalmente alla strada asfaltata, vorrei percorrere altro sterrato ma la temperatura e il buio imminente me lo impediscono, così percorro una bellissima strada poco trafficata che collega malnate a cagno percorrendo una salita molto immersa nel verde con i colori che solo l'autunno riesce a dare da li poi il ritorno verso la meta passando da cagno e Vedano. Percorso bellissimo con un grado di difficolta medio da fare in compagni a causa delle molte avversita e guadi trovati lungo il percorso, le strade sono riconoscibili e con un minimo di orientamento facilmente percorribili e riconoscibili, buon divertimento!!!Simo
