Giro piuttosto vario.Si parte dal parcheggio del ristorante Il Gazebo (ma volendo anche dall'ingresso dell'oasi wwf ,eliminando così qualche km su asfalto) e si percorre la classica salita che passa davanti al vivaio Codra e va verso Fossa Cupa; si prosegue fino ad arrivare nella zona dove si trova il ristorante 'Nido del falco' e quindi all'incrocio per Abriola. Si imbocca la ripida salita che porta a Rifreddo,si scollina , dopo qualche curva in discesa si volta a sinistra e ..buon divertimento.Occhio però soprattutto lungo il single track . Si attraversa alla fine il paese di Pignola e con ultimo piacevole sterrato si torna alla partenza.Ci sono alcuni tratti su asfalto,ma sono prevalentemente in salita e non disturbano il piacere del giro.

Giro rather vario.Si from the parking lot of the restaurant The Gazebo (but if you want even from the entrance of the oasis wwf, thus eliminating some miles on asphalt) and go along the classic route that passes in front of the nursery Codra and goes to Blackwater Cupa; continue until you reach the area where the restaurant is located 'Hawk's Nest' and then to the intersection Abriola. Take the steep climb to Rifreddo, you scollina, after some curve down, turn left and ..buon divertimento.Occhio but especially along the single track. It crosses the country at the end of last Pignola and pleasant dirt returns to partenza.Ci are some stretches of asphalt, but they are mostly uphill and do not disturb the pleasure of the ride.
