Da qui parte un belissimo singletrack nel bosco che termina sulla strada detta"militare" che collega Coldirodi e le alture montane di Sanremo. Dalla massima quota raggiunta parte un altro singletrack detto dei "2 muri" che ridiscende sulla strada militare. Infine attraverso prima mulattiere e poi i tipici "carrugi" della citta vecchia " la Pigna",riconduce in piazza Colombo.ROADBOOK : Il percorso comincia da piazza Colombo( WP 001), la piazza centrale di Sanremo . Seguire le indicazioni ospedale oppure San Giacomo, San Romolo. La strada passa nel mezzo del quartiere Baragallo e quando ci si trova nuovamente in piano, percorrere 500 m c.a. e individuare sulla destra, un'edicola, appena prima di un sottopasso. Esattamente di fianco e prima dell'edicola, salire sulla mulattiera ( WP 002) che porta al tornante più sopra. Appena le ruote della bici sono di nuovo sull'asfalto, attraverasare la strada e dal dietro della Chiesa della Madonna della Costa,(WP 003) comincia un'altra mulattiera ( Strada San Romolo), che conduce nuovamente sulla strada provinciale di San Romolo.Da questo punto seguire su asfalto le indicazioni San Romolo.Eventualmente, per chi avesse un buon allenamento è possibile percorrere le scorciatoie che tagliano le curve.Dopo poco più di 10 Km, seguire la strada laterale a sinistra (WP 004) che scende verso l'abitato di Borello.Mantenere la principale sempre a scendere. Superata una casa di campagna, con un recinto occupato da parecchi cani da caccia, procedere su sterrata per pochi metri e passato un pontino sulla sinistra, a fianco di una recinzione sulla destra comincia il sentiero di Borello (n° 16).(WP 005).Percorrere tutto il sentiero, lungo 2.900 metri. Molta attenzione alla fine all'unico bivio dubbio, che per chi non avesse il GPS, potrebbe condurre ad una destinazione errata : per l'esattezza, dopo aver guadato un torrente, il sentiero( N° 16 a) sale leggermente, per poi ridiscendere dolcemente. Attenzione a quando si incrocia un tubo, in quanto è corretto procedere a destra, sul sentiero che sale , tralasciando invece quello che scende sulla sinistra, che sembrerebbe la naturale continuazione di quello che stavamo percorrendo.Da qui (WP 006) il sentiero sale fino ad innestarsi sull'asfalto(WP 008). Seguire la strada in salita, innestarsi poco dopo con una strada asfaltata più larga, detta "militare" e seguirla a salire per 3.500 metri c.a. fino alla curva panoramica del "Marzocco"(WP 009). E' d'obbligo qui una sosta per scrutare da lontano l'abitato di Sanremo con la collina circostante. Buttando inoltre uno sguardo verso est è possibile vedere in lontananza, nelle belle giornate, i grattacieli del Principato di Monte Carlo.Continuare su asfalto per altri 800 metri e individuare sulla destra un sentiero che sale, detto dei "2 muri"( n° 19).Subito dopo la prima rampetta, il sentiero comincia a scendere.A metà sentiero ci si avvicina alla strada militare appena percorsa, ma il sentiero continua per un altro bel tratto tutto da guidare che conduce più sotto nuovamente sulla militare.Scendere per asfalto fino a rincontrare la strada cementata che proveniva dalla fine del sentiero di Borello.Percorrere a scendere tale strada, con molta attenzione alle notevoli pendenze. Quasi alla fine, sulla sinistra parte una mulattiera(WP 013) che porta su un'altra strada asfaltata detta del "giro dell'isola" (WP 014). Continuare a sinistra per 200 metri c.a. e svoltare a destra per un 'altra strada(WP 015) che conduce nel quartiere detto "Borgo". Percorrere la Via G. Galilei, seguendo direzione ospedale. Prima che la strada cominci a salire, sulla destra, inboccare la mulattiera che attraverso le scalinate della "Pigna", la città vecchia, conduce al punto di partenza.
