Raggiungere la valle da Arma di Taggia. L'anello parte dal bivio per il paese di Gavano, 2 Km prima di raggiungere il paese di Molini di Triora.Dura salita prima su asfalto e poi su sterrata, verso Grattino e fino al P.sso Drego. Con divertente e lungo singletrack si raggiunge Molini di Triora.ROADBOOK : Parcheggiare l'auto o a Molini ,e poi tornare indietro per la statale fino al bivio per Gavano, oppure in uno slargo nei pressi del bivio per Gavano.(WP001)Percorrere indietro l'asfalto tornando fino al bivio per Grattino(WP002)(Km 1,100). Salire verso Grattino fino al paese, dopo il quale termina l'asfalto e comincia una sterrata al di la di una sbarra(WP003)(Km 4,140). Qui è possibile fare rifornimento d'acqua. Percorrere la sterrata che sale con strappi continui che danno poco respiro. Nei pressi di una cappelletta(WP004) si trova un'altra fontana. Nel momento i cui la sterrata si affaccia in una valletta aperta (sopra è visibile la strada che collega Andagna al P.sso Teglia), in corrispondenza del P.sso Drego(Km 7,870), abbandonare la stessa che continuerebbe a salire verso la strada asfaltata soprastante e individuare il sentiero a sinistra che scende(WP005)( attenzione : non confondersi con l'altro sentiero che sale ancora più a sinistra). Siamo ora con le ruote sul sentiero detto di "Drego".Percorrere il sentiero tnendo la sinistra al primo bivio evidente(WP006) e la destra al secondo, appena superata una roccia scoscesa(WP007). Ora il sentiero procede prevalentemente in falsopiano, presentando tratti corti di discesa. E' spesso necessario scendere dalla bici per superare tratti franati.Attenzione al punto in cui il sentiero più marcato continuerebbe decisamente in salita, è qui che bisogna tenere la sinistra sul sentiero meno marcato(WP009) che invece scende. Superato il tratto di discesa, tra i castagni individuare la traccia che riporta verso destra. Giunti,dopo un tratto in falsopiano, alternato a corti tratti in salita, nei pressi della strada di Andagna, abbandonare il sentiero che scende a sinistra e portarsi quindi sull'asfalto(WP010)(Km 13,240), seguendolo a salire verso il paese di Andagna.Giunti tra le prime case, dove si trova una fontana(WP011) in corrispondenza di una curva verso destra, entrare nella via ciottolata e attraversare il paese fino a giungere in una piazza-parcheggio asfaltata. Superata la piazza, scendere per la ripida discesa a sinistra che porta al cimitero(WP012). Percorsi 30 metri c.a della discesa, sulla destra, oltre la rete, vicino a dei bagni pubblici, scendere per il ripido sentierino(WP013)(Km 14,340), fino ad incontrare l'unico bivio, dove è necessario svoltare a sinistra(WP0014), immettendosi nel nuovo sentiero, che porta velocemente a Molini. I corrispondenza del prossimo bivio, tenere la sinistra, rimanendo sempre sull'argine sinistro del fiume, fino a giungere nei pressi di un pontino(WP015) che attraversato ci porta in paese a Molini(WP016)(Km 17,420). Da li, scedere su asfalto per circa 2 Km, giungendo alla fine della traccia(WP017).
