Vtt au départ du village de le Bonhomme vers le Brezouard , Pierre des Trois Bans, Haïcot, Col des Bagenelles, Col du Bonhomme et retou.
Une belle pente pour commencer jusqu'a Le Plat, on a cherché un peu le sentier (ça se voit sur le tracé), chemin et sentier (boueux ) après le col des Bagenelles et belle descente sur le Bonhomme en passant à proximité du Bke Park.

A beautiful slope to start up the dish, just the path is sought (it shows on the route), road and footpath (muddy) after the pass Bagenelles and beautiful descent on the Bonhomme passing Park near the BKE.
