Ecco il giro fatto ieri sera da me Muccio Messia e Alle, molto bello e suggestivo fra colline verdissime e panorami sulla costa mozzafiato. Partiti da Ospedaletto ci siamo diretti verso il parco del Marano per poi salire per Vecciano, poi fra i sentieri della zona siamo arrivati a Montescudo per poi affrontare la lunga ed emozionante discesa verso il Marano con i fari dei cognato accesi....Tot Km 30,4 alla media dei 15,2 km/h e velocità di punta di 70,0 Km/h.
