Rund um Terme di Comano Start am Parkplatz (gegenüber der Bar al Ponte, Hauptstraße, Brücke) in südliche Richtung flussaufwärts. An der Hauptstraße [3] wendet man sich nach links und befährt diese bergauf Richtung Campo Lomaso. Nach der zweiten Linkskehre [4] verlässt man die Hauptstraße und zweigt rechts auf einen geteerten Nebenweg Ri. Campo Lomaso ab. An der Wegkreuzung am Friedhof [5] links zur Ortsmitte abzweigen. Der Hauptstraße [6] für etwa 300 Meter Ri. Vigo Lomaso folgen und dann [7] nach links Ri. Poia abzweigen. Dem landwirtschaftlichen Güterweg bis Poia folgen, das Albergo Fiore [10] passieren, die Hauptstraße [11] queren und beim Einkaufsladen [Cooperativa Famiglia, [12] rechterhand der geteerten Landwirtschaftsstraße Ri. Ponte Balandin und Villa Banale folgen. Bei der Einmündung [14] in die stark befahrene Provinzstraße dieser zunächst rechts 700 m folgen und dann [15] links auf den gekennzeichneten Wanderweg zur Balandin-Brücke abzweigen (Achtung: Straße muss überquert werden!) Man passiert die neu erbaute Fussgängerbrücke am tiefsten Punkt der Tour [17], wendet sich danach links und fährt in Kehren bergauf. Kurz bevor die Straße auf die Hauptstraße mündet [18], zweigt rechts ein sehr steiler Karrenweg durch den Wald direkt nach Villa Banale auf. Dieser Weg wird im oberen Verlauf besser und weniger steil. Wo er bei Villa Banale in die Hauptstraße mündet [19], wendet man sich zunächst nach links und sofort wieder nach rechts [20] in den Ort und zur Kirche hoch. Anschliessend wieder rechts [21] und nun an der Kirche vorbei parallel zur Hauptstraße bergauf. Nach genau 1 km erreicht man ein Wegedreieck [22] und hält sich links. Auf der Strecke der DBB-Route fährt man 2 km Ri. Premione [23], überquert die Hauptstraße und hält sich (in der Nähe der Kurche) auf dem landwirtschaftlichen Güterweg bergab immer geradeaus Ri. Ponte Arche. Der Güterweg mündet auf die Straße [25], dieser links bergab bis zum Ausgangspunkt folgen. Vor der Brücke [26] über die Sarca links in den Kurpark und über die überdachte Fußgänger-Holzbrücke [27], vorbei an der Eisdiele [28] und dem Rathaus [29] zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Around Comano Start at the car park (opposite the Bar al Ponte, High Street, Bridge) upstream in southern direction. On the main road [3] one turns left and travels on this uphill direction Campo Lomaso. After the second left-hand bend [4] you leave the main road and turn right onto a paved byway Ri. Campo Lomaso. Branch at the crossroads at the cemetery [5] left the town center. Follow the main road [6] for about 300 meters Ri. Lomaso and then branch off [7] left Ri. Poia. Follow the service road to agricultural Poia, Albergo Fiore [10] happen, the main road [11] cross and the shop [Famiglia Cooperativa, [12] the right hand side of the tarred road of Agriculture Ri. At the junction [14] follow in the busy provincial road this first right 700 m and then [15] left on the marked trail to the Balandin Bridge branch (Note: road must be crossed!) You pass the pedestrian bridge newly built at the lowest point the tour [17], then turns left and runs in sweeping uphill. Just before the road joins the main road [18], turn right a very steep mule track through the woods directly to Villa banal on. This way is better and less steep in the upper course. Where it flows at Villa banal in the main street [19], first, you turn left and immediately right again [20] in the place and at the church high. Then turn right again [21] and now parallel to the main road past the church uphill. After exactly 1 km you will reach a directional triangle [22] and keep to the left. On the route of the DBB-route you drive 2 km Ri. Premione [23], cross the main road and sticks (near the Kurche) downhill on the agricultural supply road straight Ri. Ponte Arche. The access road leads to the road [25], this left downhill until you reach the starting point. Before the bridge [26] on the Sarca left in the park and on the covered pedestrian timber bridge [27], past the ice cream shop [28] and the Town Hall [29] back to the starting point.
