Partenza da Campiglia seguendo l'alta Via fino alla "Palestra nel verde". Discesa per Biassa lungo una straordinaria e divertentissima scalinata. Risalita per asfalto fino al Colle del Telegrafo, proseguire per asfalto per il Bivio Bramapane da cui si riprende il sentiero di crinale. Dopo un tratto in leggera salita con i primi panorami sulle 5 terre inizia il tratto in single track tutto pedalabile fino al monte Cuna da cui si può proseguire in discesa fino al valico della Cigoletta e rientrare per la strada dei Santuari e la carrozzabile Volastra-Telegrafo. La traccia in questione ritorna invece sui propri passia dal monte Cuna seguendo sempre l'AV fino a Campiglia con alcuni tratti molto tecnici (evitati all'andata) rocciosi e gradonati. Panorami bellissimi su 5 Terre, alpi marittime da un lato e verso l'appennino, le apuane e il golfo della Spezia dall'altro.Photos: See all pictures and videos from Alta Via delle Cinque Terre
From Campiglia following the High Street to the "Gym in the countryside." Descended Biassa along an extraordinary and exhilarating staircase. Ascent asphalt to the Colle del Telegrafo, continue for asphalt for Bivio Bramapane from which you shoot the ridge trail. After a slight ascent with the first views of the 5 lands begins the stretch in single track all pedaled to Mount Cuna from which you can continue downhill until the Cigoletta pass and return to the road of the Sanctuaries and the road Volastra-Telegrafo . The track in question instead returns on their PASSIA from Mount Cuna always following the AV up to Campiglia with some very technical sections (avoided leg) and rocky gradonati. Beautiful views of 5 Terre, the Maritime Alps on one side and to the Apennines, the Apuan Alps and the Gulf of La Spezia dall'altro.Photos: See all pictures and videos from Alta Via delle Cinque Terre
