Trail Description

Day 5: 159hm 59,6km 7:30 breakfast, as always, a great selection of fruit, cereals, yogurt, sausage, cheese what just packed everything the heart begehrt.Noch together and then the journey back after Meran.Um 11:05 Arrival in Merano . In the main station I inquired briefly when the next train for my trip home arrives. Actually, I was 15:15 angesetzt.Ich luck and can take the train shortly before 12:00 noon. After a short consultation with the conductor, I can without change in Bolzano, up to the Brenner mitfahren.Bei the Frantzensfeste stops the train, Schaffner change. From this moment, the journey home ended in a Fiasko.Das bike compartment was full since Bolzano and 5 other bikers have put your bike into the exit area, which also posed a problem until the new Schaffnerinn entered the train. You blärte through compartment & bdquo; Wheels here need to get out! Otherwise, the train does not go further & ldquo;! Nothing happened. Then the second screamer: & bdquo; When the wheels come out immediately, then I'll call the police & ldquo;! What you then also tat.Eine-five minutes later, already came the policeman in a small Fiat Punto sneaks. Short yet brought his service cap from the cubbyhole he entered the train and then cried also by the train, the wheels disappear müssen.Nach long discussion, the bikes and their owners were to fresh air gesetzt.Mittlerweile was also an EC on the adjacent track, which of course had priority & ndash; we had to warten..Am torch arrived, get off and back on & rsquo s bike. Rail replacement bus! Departure to Innsbruck on the old Brennerstarße. No nice track & ndash; it stink of exhaust fumes that you hardly arrived air bekommt. In Innsbruck at the station, I again asked for a way home to Munich at the counter. For the EC I got no reservations & rsquo s bike. So with the REX via Mittenwald to Garmisch and then München.Leider here again Schienenersatzverkehr between Murnau and Weilheim. I thought I get a bird! Mercedes Sprinter for bike transport was unfortunately already full, so loaded bikes in the provided coach and wanted a stand-up in the center aisle. As the people stood in the aisle, the bus left only 60km / h on the highway. 20km on a world tour! Once in Weilheim, it was time to reload all the clothes in the Zug.Ankunft after re transition in the S-Bahn to 20:15! Finally back home! After this trip by train I swore I would never go back to a train to climb Oh yeah, that 59 & euro!; Supersaver ticket turned out after several conversations with fellow travelers as exorbitant price! The tickets always buy locally! This saves about 50% of the cost! In any case, the tour was a wonderful trip to South Tyrol & ndash; The imitation is recommended;-)
