Sono emozionato, oggi mi sono alzato presto per fare la mia prima gara in mtb. Non è una vera e propria gara , è solo una biciclettata di gruppo in mezzo alle montagne con un pasta party per gli iscritti e premi ad estrazione per tutti. Partiamo prestissimo perchè ho paura di arrivare tardi e non ci ricordiamo l'orario esatto della partenza. Arriviamo alle 7:45, le iscrizioni inizieranno alle 8:30. Siamo arrivati in anticipo, ci siamo iscritti per primi e abbiamo preso i numeri uno e due. Dopo un'oretta il piazzale di partenza si è riempito a dismisura, i partecipanti sono quasi 200. Ci sono bambini più piccoli della mia età, tutti hanno la tutina per la bicicletta e il caschetto. Per fortuna c'è il banchetto dove vendono le tutine per la bicicletta. Mio papà mi consiglia di prenderne una perchè il fondello (si chiama così il cuscinetto che c'è sul fondo del pantaloncino) mi aiuta a proteggere il mio di fondello. Abbiamo un problema però: il mio papà non ha abbastanza soldi per comprarmela. Meno male che il Giretto si fida, pagheremo con un bonifico la prossima settimana. I'm excited today I got up early to make my first mountain bike race. It is not a real race, it's just a bike ride in the middle of the group to the mountains with a pasta party for members and extraction prizes for all. We start very early because I'm afraid to arrive late and do not remember the exact time of departure. We arrive at 7:45, registration will begin at 8:30. We were early, we signed up for early and we took the numbers one and two. After an hour the square departure was cluttered, participants are almost 200. There are more young children of my age, they all have the suit for bicycle and helmet. Luckily there is the banquet where they sell rompers for cycling. My father advised me to take one because the case back (it is called so that the bearing is on the bottom of the shorts) helps me protect my bottom. But we have a problem: my dad does not have enough money to buy it for me. Thank goodness the Giretto trust, we will pay by bank transfer next week. Now I am perfect, I miss only the gloves ....
