Von Maitis über Rechberg hoch zum Stuifen. Von dort aus gehts über einen flowigen Trail (wer will mit Sprung) runter bis zur Heerstrasse. Weiter gehts zum Schwarzhornparkplatz,und hoch Richtung Heldenberg. Dem Schotterweg Richtung Waldrand folgen .Nach 20m gehts Rechts in einem Trail bis Runter nach Winzingen. Von dort durch ein Waldstück bis Reichenbach ,am Golfplatz vorbei und Richtung Schloß Ramsberg hinauf zum Bärenhöfle und vorbei über den Geißrücken, im Trail runter bis Krummwälden. Über den Eislinger und Göppinger Wald rauf nach Hohenstaufen . Von dort gehts nur noch runter nach Maitis.

From Maitis about Rechenberg high to Stuifen. From there, you go through a curves, or flowing Trail (who wants to jump) Down to the military road. Next go Blackhorn for parking, and high direction Heldenberg. The gravel direction Edge of the forest follow .After 20m go right in a trail to Down to Winzingen. From there, passing through a forest to Reichenbach, the golf course and towards the castle Ramsberg up to the bear Hoefle and over over the Geißrücken, the trail down to Krummwälden. About the Eislinger and Göppinger forest up by Hohenstaufen. From there go only down to Maitis.
