Uma volta sem nos afastarmos muito da cidade. Boa para quem quer dar uma "rapidinha" durante a semana e voltar para o trabalho.Saída de do Pavilhão Municipal em direcção à Escola de Saúde, logo a seguir à escola virar à direita pelo trilho até ao túnel da IP2, entrar na zona do Lago subir o passadiço central e na passagem por baixo cuidado com a cabeça!. Sair do lago pela zona do parque de estacionamento e seguir a ciclovia até ao Mac. Na rotunda do MAC seguir em direcção à decathlon. No cimo da rua da decathlon virar à esquerda e seguir em direcção à barragem do Valongo. Da barragem descer até à estrada que segue para Malpica. A rotunda subir novamente em direcção ao Valongo e virar à direita na primeira rotunda e apanhar o caminho que segue novamente até à estrada de Malpica, atravessar a estrada (cuidado com os carros ao atravessar!) e seguir logo pelo caminho em frente. No final do caminho virar à esquerda em direcção às casas dos Lelitos e entrar na antiga estrada do Ponsul. Descer até encontrar um caminho à esquerda que nos leva até ao Monte de S. Martinho, para transpirar um pouco! Descer o Monte virar pelo mesmo caminho por onde subimos e seguir em direcção à escola Agrária. No cruzamento que dá acesso à escola Agrária virar à esquerda em direcção à Carapalha, passar pela estação da CP, cuidado a atravessar a passagem de nível e regressar ao Pavilhão Municipal.

And then follow the path forward. At the end of the road turn left towards the houses of Lelitos and enter the old road Ponsul. Down to find a path to the left that leads to Mount St. Martin, to perspire a bit! Down Mount turn the same way he went up and move towards the agrarian school. At the junction that leads to agrarian school turn left towards Carapalha, go through the CP, care to cross the level crossing and return to City Hall.
