by alex733Sortim de Girona pel carril bici direcció Quart. Travessem la carretera i enfilem cap a Castellar de la Selva (l'ultima pujada té tela). Tirem cap a St. Mateu de Montnegre i abans d'arribar girem cap el Puig de la Figa. Passem pel Montigalà Petit i voltegem el Montigalà Gros per l'esquerra. Agafem un corriol molt maco que ens porta al Puig d'Aspres. Comencem a baixar per un corriol molt estret pel mig del bosc. És el corriol més llarg que he fet, semblava que no s'acabava mai, però impressionant. Comencem a tornar per la pujada que li diguem dels alemanys amb una pendent "collonuda" (a veure si algú comenta el %), i arribem un altra cop a la carretera de Montnegre. Baixem per la pista ràpida fins a Quart (aquesta baixada tambè és per disfrutar).
