Trail Description

We start at Moti's beach bar & bdquo; Salettl & ldquo; (Diagonally across from City Hall) in Lilienfeld and drive the Dörflstraße, the riverside and the Traisen along the border and take in Schrambach on the Traisental bike path. This we now go to the field. From the open country we go to just (fall 2012) on the route of the disused Traisentalbahn cycle paths towards Türnitz. The route runs along the Traisen and three tunnels. At the end of the bike path in Türnitz we take the Badgasse along the Traisen to Eibl road. Here asphalt begin the steep ascent to the hut, for the time being then dirt trail. Fortunately, the slope can be in the upper part for something. On unmanaged Inn & bdquo If we; gnome-Alm & ldquo; come over, we have the & bdquo; worst & ldquo; already behind us. After a curve and a steep but short climb, we reach the plateau of Eibl hut. The service is extremely friendly and considerate and it tastes accordingly. Behind the cottage is the cross on the summit of which one has a magnificent view down to Türnitz. For the descent, we choose the route down to Schildbach rotting. This connector is slightly less steep than the rise and very scenic. From the Schildbach rotting we drive over Türnitz and the bike path back to the starting point of our tour to Lilienfeld.
