Ascain - UharteaPetit parking au point de départ pour laisser les véhicules (1°36'3.5''W / 43°21'30''N ). On attaque d'emblée une montée raide mais pas trop longue. En haut à la bergerie vous prenez tout de suite à gauche et vous êtes dans le paysage basque dans toute sa beauté. Après la croix Sainte Barbe, c'est la descente, une merveille ! Et ça n'arrête plus de changer : forêt, rivière, crêtes, chevaux, vaches, moutons. Je le fais en 3 heures 30 environ à mon rythme (c'est-à-dire tranquille), il y a beaucoup de chemin par là alors c'est facile d'allonger ou de raccour

Top to the fold you take immediately to the left and you are in the Basque landscape in all its beauty. After the cross Sainte Barbe is the descent, a wonder!
