NOTE:
Il giro proposto esalta i sentieri del Monte Ricco, è un susseguirsi di single track e sentieri. Starete per oltre un' ora immersi nel bosco prima di scendere a valle con un dislivello complessivo di 500 m. sul M. Ricco. Nella seconda parte del giro c'è da affrontare il Monte Piccolo, completamente da fare su single track in parte abbastanza esposto
DESCRIZIONE:
Salendo sul Monte Ricco all' inizio si oltrpassa la sbarra e si sale su asfalto con pendenze del 10%-15% fino al primo sentiero che troviamo sulla destra, questo è l' anello basso del Monte Ricco. Il sentiero, si presenta largo con fondo compatto, ad un certo punto si ristringe diventando un stupendo single track, poi lo lasciamo per prendere un' altro sentiero che sale molto ripido sulla nostra sinistra fino ad icrociare la nostra traccia, ignoriamo quella di sx e quella di dx e proseguiamo dritti sempre in salita ma ora meno ripida. Dopo poco le tracce per poche decine di metri corrono pararelle, ignoriamo quella che sale sulla dx e proseguiamo dritti sul single track intermedio tra l'anello basso e quello alto, il sentiero è molto bello e divertente anche se in qualche tratto è esposto. Il sentiero intermedio esce su un tornante della strada asfaltata lasciata precedentemente, si sale fino al tornante successivo dove c'è una casa rossa, sul suo lato parte un sentiero che in breve ci porta alla statua di Ercole e dalla sua terrazza si può godere di un bel panorama sulla pianura sottostante. Si prosegue sull' anello alto e lo si percorre completamente fino ad uscire di nuovo sulla starda asfaltata, si sale per 4 tornanti fino ad arrivare in cima dove c'è l'eremo di Santa Domenica. Ora inizia la discesa tutta su single track. Scendendo incrociamo le tracce precedentemente percorse, ignorandole teniamo sempre la direzione verso valle. Giunti in cava della Costa l' attraversiamo, usciti dalla cava un breve tratto in asfalto ci conduce all' inizio della salita del Monte Calbarina, arrivati alla fine della stradina seguiamo la traccia sulla destra e si fa il giro in senso antiorario. Si scende dal Monte Calbarina su single track fino a Corte Borin. Un tratto in asfalto e si arriva a prendere in salita il sentiero dei sette guadi poi a seguire su single track si taglia il fianco nord del M. Ventolone prima in discesa poi in salita e si continua sul M. Piccolo, poco sotto la sua cima si prende un single track in discesa (fare attenzione che lungo il sentiero ci sono dei scalini in legno), alla fine della discesa si arriva in via Ronchi. Si continua su sentiero del M. Calbarina, giunti alla strada asfaltata si gira a sx su via Mondonego, dopo poco si prosegue a dx tra campi coltivati, a seguire le mura di Villa Renier. Giunti alla Rivella si percorre la ciclabile su terra lungo l' argine del canale Battaglia che in breve conduce al punto di partenza.

DESCRIPTION:

It continues on the 'ring up and Drive up to go out again on starda paved climb for 4 turns until you get to the top where there is the hermitage of Santa Domenica. Now begins the descent of all single track. Coming down we cross the tracks previously traveled, we always keep ignoring the direction towards the valley. Once in the hollow of the Costa 's cross, leaving the quarry a short stretch of tarmac leads us to' start of the ascent of Mount Calbarina, arrived at the end of the road, we follow the track to the right and goes around counterclockwise. We descend from Mount Calbarina on single track until the Court Borin. A stretch of asphalt and you get to take the uphill path of the seven river crossings on single track then follow you cut the northern flank of Mount Ventolone first downhill and then uphill and continue on M. Small, a little below its peak you take a single track downhill (make sure the path there are wooden steps) at the end of the descent you arrive via Ronchi. It continues on the path of M. Calbarina, came to the paved road, turn left on Via Mondonego, shortly after you go to the right between cultivated fields, followed by the walls of Villa Renier. Once at Rivella you take the path on the ground along the 'Battle of the canal embankment which quickly leads to the starting point.
