Salita da Moneglia fino alle antene RAI del Monte San Nicolao. Il sentiero inizia dall'alto ma in questo caso è stato preso a metà della salita ripida che porta alle antenne. Discesa molto bella e divertente. Risalita in cima al San Nicolao per prendere il sentiero che parte dai ruderi del San Nicolao, molto bello e divertente. Peccato che si siano formati dei canali. Poi il sentiero risale per poi scendere alla località Tagliamento. Rientro fino al Bivio per Moneglia su asfalto per poi prendere il sentiero che scende fino a Casale. Qui volendo si può prendere ancora un sentiero. Le due risalite alle Antenne sono abbastanze faticose.
