Trail Description

Track
pretty busy passing through unfrequented places. Departing from Isola del Gran Sasso can be reached Pretara and continue in the direction of Lake Pagliare. After the fork to continue the Plan of the River on the left, slightly uphill until you reach a road on the right marked by a denial of access. Follow it to divert after a dirt road that climbs steeply to the left. And 'the long and tough track that rises in the Woods Pagliare. The slope is not marked but the bottom tough puts a strain on any pedal. Once out of the forest before you pour the Cimone of St Columba and the Valley of Fossaceca. We are at the source of the Peschio located below the hill of Malanotte. Deviate from the source to the left for a clear path to follow in portage and that leads to the Glade's Square, an oasis in the framework of Monte shirt and green meadows below the Cimetta. After a stretch woodland clearing, taking you through the loops on the opposite side of a large boulder where you can see a message in yellow / red. And 'the mouth of the wild track that descends to Lake Pagliare, a path in which disuse devious traps downstream of the Four Vadi and continues as in a jungle to San Donato. Cross the bitumen, turn left and continue along the floor of the river but suddenly paying attention to deviate to the right for the beautiful track that descends into the Fosso del Ruzzo. Once in the valley along the river and follow the path back to Island 117.
