Nonostante la partenza avvenga da Gorizia l'itinerario si svolge interamente in territorio sloveno.
Dal piazzale di Casarossa dopo qualche centinaio di metri si sconfina dal valico pedonale del Rafut si raggiunge la stazione della Transalpina e successivamente il paese di Salcan.
Oltrepassato il paese si svolta a sx sul ponte del fiume Isonzo e subito dopo il ponte si gira a sx sulla pista sterrata che costeggia il fiume per c.a 10 km sino a Plave.
Da Plave, su di una strada poco trafficata si raggiunge il borgo di Paljevo e poi su carrareccia in mezzo al bosco ci si immette nella via dei monti Sacri. Una volta in cima si aggira il monte Vodice e si raggiunge un quadrivio dove si prosegue diritti in discesa per circa 600metri quindi si svolta a sx per intraprendere un primo singletrack (diff. S2) che dopo 3 km sbuca sull'asfalto. Dopo aver svoltato a sx si sale per un breve tratto per imboccare una carrareccia che porta fino al monte Kekec. Dal Kekec dopo 1km di sentierio in mezzo al bosco si prende un secondo singletrack tecnico (diff. S2) che scende a Kromberk. Da qui dopo aver attraversato il bosco del Panavec si rientra a Gorizia.

From the square of Casarossa after a few hundred meters from the borders of the pedestrian crossing Rafut you reach the station of the Transalpine and then the country Salcan.
past the village, turn left on the bridge of the river Isonzo and immediately after the bridge, turn left on the dirt road that runs along the river for about 10 km until plave.
From plave, on a quiet road you will reach the village of Paljevo and then onto the track through the woods, you enter the path of the Sacred Mountains. Once at the top of the mountain is around Vodice and you reach a crossroads where we continue straight downhill for about 600 meters then turn left to take a first singletrack (difficulty S2) that emerges after 3 km asphalt. After turning left, go up a short distance and take a track leading to Mount Kekec. From Kekec after 1km sentierio in the woods takes a second technical singletrack (diff. S2) that goes down to Kromberk. From here after crossing the forest of Panavec you fall in Gorizia.
