Itinerario già descritto ampiamente qua, ma con alcune varianti per togliere un po' di asfalto in salita.
Inoltre sono salito anche sulla cima del monte Piano ed il sentiero l'ho preso quindi dal versante N, anziché dalla forcella dei Castrati.
La discesa avviene su sentiero con fondo di ghiaino e numerosi tornanti stretti, alcune sezioni sono esposte.

Itinerary already widely described here, but with some variations to remove a bit 'of asphalt uphill.
Addition are also up on the mountain top floor and the path I then taken from the N side, rather than from the fork of the Castrati.
The descent is on the bottom of the gravel path with numerous hairpin bends and narrow sections are exposed.
