Trail Description

Who is little time in the Dartmoor National Park and it has a mountain bike (hybrid bike is not enough!), This round was the warmly recommended. It shows the complete spectrum of this unique landscape: endless heath, moss-covered forest areas where you could rotate Fantasy Movies, unspoiled rivers above the Burrator reservoirs, granite bridges from another time, wild horses, sheep and abandoned tin mines (holes in the ground at the end of the long climb up to Nattor) . Drive Risch one should not underestimate the 20 km: Stony Bridleways (bridleways), ditches and wetlands put a bit of skill advance. Give half a bar more in the tires and do not forget the spare inner tube, because copies are not excluded. Nevertheless, this officially licensed by the tourist info in Princetown tour for reasonably experienced drivers with stable, well unsprung MTB is quite feasible. One can sometimes push a paired meters. Makes sure that you do not come in the darkness, and plans for the beautiful scenery a time reserves for breaks. Directly after prolonged rains, I would not recommend the tour & ndash; otherwise it is a real highlight. The place Princetown is incidentally dominated by the famous Dartmoorgefängnis that you can see right after the start in your back.
