Vom Marktplatz in Irdning geht es ca.1,4 km nach Schlattham – bei der Abzweigung links auf den Sallaberg, von wo man ein gewaltiges Panorama auf den Grimming hat. Nach der Abfahrt ist vor der Ennsbrücke die Abbiegung rechts auf den R7, wo man entlang der Enns, vorbei am Fliegerhorst Aigen in die Landesstraße einmündet, welche bis nach Wörschach führt. Nach der Unterführung der Bundesstraße geht es links weg, zur einzigen Bergwertung von ca. 8 km Länge durch den Wörschach-Wald. Bei Km 10,7 hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Ruine Wolkenstein. Mitten im schönen Almengebiet liegt der Spechtensee. Während der Abfahrt Richtung Klachau gestaltet die Rückseite des mächtigen Grimming das Landschaftsbild. Entlang des R19 geht es auf der alten Bundesstraße nach Untergrimming und weiter nach Trautenfels. Nach der Umfahrung der Bundesstraßenkreuzung fährt man dann gemütlich am R7 wieder zum Ausgangspunkt nach Irdning.

From the market square in Irdning it comes ca.1,4 km ndash after Schlattham &; at the junction turn left onto the Sallaberg, from where you have a huge panorama of the Grimmig. After departure the bend is right, which leads to the R7, where you intercept along the Enns, past the airbase Aigen in the country's road to Woerschach before Ennsbrücke. After the underpass the highway it goes to the left, the only climb of about 8 km in length by the Woerschach forest. At Km 10.7 you have a beautiful view of the ruins Selva. Located in the beautiful mountain area is the Spechtensee. During the descent direction Klachau the back of the mighty Grimmig designed the landscape. Along the R19 it comes to the old federal road to Untergrimming and on to Trautenfels. After bypass the main road junction, take the road comfortably at R7 back to the starting point to Irdning.
