7-Tälerrunde links der Donau Start ist auf dem Parkplatz bei der Gaststätte „ZOLLER HOF“. Von dort geht es ca. 300m auf dem Zubringer zur B 32 , um dann nach links durch eine Unterführung abzubiegen. Man folgt dem Weg durch das Antoniustal ca. 3,5 km und biegt auf eine Teerstraße nach links ab bis zu einer Kreuzung. Dort wird die Straße überquert und man fährt sich links haltend auf einem Waldweg bis zur Grillstelle „Stilzer Eich“. Hier geht es rechts weiter, das Dullental querend weiter hinauf zu einem Wald, in den man rechts fährt. Der Weg führt zuerst etwas bergauf, dann geht es bergab (Vorsicht, scharfe Rechtskurve mit Schotter) bis zu einer Teerstraße die man überquert und auf einer Asphaltsraße weiterfährt bis zu einer Straße, die rechts abgeht und zur „Fürstenhöhe“ führt. Auf der Fürstenhöhe gehet es links einen Waldweg bergab. Dieser Weg führt uns bis in ein Tal, in dem wir nach links bis ins Schmeiental folgen. Im Schmeiental geht es nach links bis kurz vor Oberschmeien. Dort nach rechts und gleich wieder schräg nach links in einen Feldweg. Nun geht es bergauf, unter Anderem durch das Hagtal, bis in die Nähe von Nusplingen. Diesen Ort umfahren wir und kommen nach Stetten a.k.M. das wir durchfahren und bergab zum Klärwerk von Stetten. Direkt hinter dem Klärwerk geht es links durch das Kohltal, bis in die Nähe von Thiergarten im Donautal. Dort wird die Straße Thiergarten- Stetten überquert und es geht bergauf bis in die Nähe vom Harthof (Auf dem Berg). Nun geht es nach rechts ca.1,3 km auf einer Teerstraße, bis diese nach Gutenstein abknickt. Dort geht es halblinks in einen Waldweg. Diesen fahren wir bis zur Grillstelle des Teufelslochfelsens (in der Nähe schöner Aussichtspunkt), dort geht es links weiter, bis man den Hauptweg wieder erreicht. Auf diesem Weg geht es weiter Abwärts, durch Felder links haltend zu einer Einmündung, dort rechts ab und am Waldrand wieder nach links. In einer Linkskurve rechts abzweigen über den Höhnberg und von dort, den Hauptweg überquerend ins Schmeiental. Hier zunächst links auf der Straße und nach ca. 150m nach rechts zur Zigeunerhöhle. Nun aufwärts durchs Kirchtal bis zur Straßenkreuzung. Von hier aus auf der Straße nach Sigmaringen nach ca. 150m (2. Waldweg) links in den Wald abbiegen. Der Track führt nun bergab, am Wohngebiet Hohe Tannen vorbei wieder zurück zum Parkplatz beim „Zoller Hof“.

Follow the trail through the Antoniustal approximately 3.5 miles and turn onto a paved road to the left until you reach a crossroads. The trail first leads slightly uphill, then it goes downhill (caution sharp right turn with gravel) to a tarred road which you cross and on a Asphaltsraße further away on to a road off to the right and to & bdquo; Fürstenhöhe & ldquo; leads. On the Fürstenhöhe is he left the forest road downhill. This path leads us up in a valley, in which we follow to the left until the Schmeiental. In Schmeiental it goes to the left until shortly before Oberschmeien. Turn right and immediately turn diagonally left into a dirt road. Now things are looking up, among other things, by the Hagtal, to the vicinity of Nusplingen. This place we drive around and come akM to Stetten we go through and down to the treatment plant of Stetten. Directly behind the sewage treatment plant, turn left through the Kohltal, to the vicinity of animal garden in the Danube valley. There the road Thiergarten- Stetten is crossed and it goes uphill to the nearest Harthof (On the mountain). Now it goes to the right ca.1,3 km on a paved road until it bends according to Good stone. There goes half left in a forest. This we go to the barbecue area of ??the Devil's Hole Rock (nearby beautiful viewpoint), there continue to the left until you reach the main road again. In this way it goes down, keeping left through fields to a junction, turn right and from the edge of the woods to the left again. In a left-hand bend turn right on the Hoehn mountain and from there, the main road crossing the Schmeiental. Here initially left on the road and after 150m turn right to gypsy cave. Now upward through Kirchtal to the intersection. From here, turn on the road to Sigmaringen to 150m (second forest road) turn left into the forest. The track now leads downhill, on the Hohe Tannen residential area past back to the parking lot at & bdquo; Zoller farm & ldquo ;.
