Die Tour beginnt am Bahnhof Staufen und führt dann erst an der Straße und dann in die Weinberge hinein zum Kastelhof, wo man eine wunderschön geschnitzte Gerichtseiche bewundern kann. Dann fahren wir auf dem Bettlerpfad Richtung Sulzburg. Dort nehmen wir die Straße Richtung Bad Sulzburg - es führt alternativ auch ein schöner Trail rechts der Straße in die gleiche Richtung. Ab Bad Sulzburg schrauben wir uns dann bergan und treffen dabei auf die "schwarze Mountainbikeroute". Dieser folgen wir auf einem schönen Singletrail bergan bis zur Kälblescheuer, wo man gut essen und ausblicken kann. Jetzt könnte man auf dem Westweg (rote Raute) direkt zum Blauen auf schönen Singletrails fahren. Wir wollen aber noch einen Abstecher zum Nonnenmattweiher machen, ein durch Vergletscherung in der letzten Eiszeit entstandener Karsee. Nach einer Badepause und Einkehren in der Fischerstube geht es dann weiter Richtung Blauen auf kleinen Wegen und Trails. Vom Blauengipfel kann man bei guter Sicht die Schweizer Alpen bewundern. Zum Schluß kommt dann die Abfahrt über den "Ho-Chi-Minh-Pfad" nach Müllheim, wo die Tour endet.

The tour starts at Staufen station and then guide you on the road and then in the vineyards into the Kastelhof, where you can admire a beautifully carved oak court. Then we go on the path towards beggars Sulzburg. There we take the road towards Bad Sulzburg - it carries also a nice trail right of the road in the same direction. From Bad Sulzburg we then screw us uphill and take it to the "black mountain bike route". We follow on a nice single track uphill to Kälblescheuer where you can eat well while gazing. Now you could take the western route (red diamond) directly to the Blue on beautiful singletrack. But we still want to take a detour to Nonnenmattweiher, one incurred by glaciation in the last glacial cirque lake. After a swimming break and stop off in the Fischerstube it then proceeds towards Blue on small paths and trails. From the blue top you can admire the Swiss Alps on a clear day. In conclusion then comes the descent over the "Ho Chi Minh Trail" by garbage home, where the tour ends.
