Trail Description

Within a day I am accompanied by my son Lorenzo aka "Ciocco": he loves the descents but hates the climbs, today there is so much to climb and some sent me to hell (I do not say never, but it know) ... It is known, however, that in order to have the most beautiful satisfactions down before you have to suffer uphill.
I took inspiration for this ride from the reportage published by the Director of Marco forum (see the link): -
You park at the sports center of Capriasca (I ignored the signs prohibiting parking for those who does not take advantage of the center). The climb is all on asphalt and as you go up the traffic becomes more and more sporadic, until you reach the last parking accessible by car blocked by a barrier: If you want to avoid the whole climb in cars parked here, but once Motto Cross'll have to go back to retrieve the car, losing all downhill until Capriasca.
From the parking lot is always on asphalt continues to rise with increasingly spectacular views of Mount Bar and Lake Lugano. Just after a small chapel on the right, off to the left the dirt road to the beautiful motto of the Cross. From here you go down on the ground before very rough to do with caution, then in the woods and pastures very nice to get back Capriasca. Essential to the use of GPS, not so much for the climb (can not go wrong street), but for the descent with many forks in the woods.
